organized by Muttahida Labour Federation (MLF) - Women Workers Union (WWU) in cooperation with the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung in different localities of Lahore on following dates; 15th April 2010 - Kot - Lakhpat, 18th April - Green Colony, 21st April - Qainchi Amarsidhu, 25th April - Nishter Colony, 29th April - Chungi Amarsidhu, 4th May - Kahna Nau, 11th May - Kahna Nau, 15th May - Youhanaabad, 19th May - Shervani Colony, 25th May - Bostan Colony, & 29th May 2010 - Shabnam Colony, Lahore. These community meetings aim to mobilize, motivate and contact working women. The meetings are get together of women workers and their support from respective communities. In these meetings basics issues, possible solutions and forms of interventions to enhance the working conditions of working women are identified, discussed and elaborated thoroughly.
